  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences or lighting.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver pan-India. Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping details and tracking will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on thaizou.com including images, text, logo, and design is the property of Thaizou and may not be copied or reused without permission.
