At Thaizou, we strive to ensure that you love every piece of fashion you purchase from us. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, we’re glad to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Not part of any clearance or final sale
• To initiate a return, email us at thaizoushop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• We do charge extra for shipping.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or design, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items

• Customized or altered pieces
• Items purchased during sale events or offers
